While this book may be too inapproachable for younger readers, this poetic retelling of the Trojan War is still very interesting. Managing to faithfully mirror Homer's epic while making it friendly and understandable, the catchy poems and subtle illustrations found in "Voices of the Trojan War" would interest students in higher grades who may have been exposed to Greek mythology.
