This book's really great and really informative, for it offers twenty-five proven ways on how to win with various different kind of people and how to make various different kind of people feel like a million bucks. It consists of twenty-five chapters which consist of personal stories from both of the authors who have dedicated time to this book, and this small excerpt called Maxwell Mentoring Moment inside each and every single one of them, that's quite informative for anyone who wants to win with people and make them feel good about themselves, so he can push them, lead them, and drive them forward in life. So, if you happen to have trouble with people, and you can't seem to find anything to relate to them in various different kind of ways, this book's pretty much what you need to have in your possession, for even though some of the ways are pretty much obvious and something all of us should do and follow through when around people, others are far less obvious and quite informative, and you never know, perhaps when applied fully and truthfully, could completely change and completely transform every area and every aspect of your life, and thus inadvertently completely change and completely transform all the lives that belong to various different kind of people who follow you and surround you. Maxwell shares 25 people skills, such as the "10 second rule": within 10 seconds of interacting with someone, say something positive to them such as a compliment, thank you, or word of praise. These are excellent skills to practice and I found his advice very useful. The format made this a quick and easy to understand read, but putting these timeless principles into practise may take much longer. If you want to improve your people skills, this is the book for you! ( )
