Stewart looks at the physical parametres of each winery and explores the attitudes and associations that underpin their culture of quality. He also examines how they have dealth with the challenges of viticulture in New Zealand's new terroir. photographer and, as the winemaker at Cloudy Bay, himself a leading figure in the New Zealand premium wine industry.
