It should be welcome to all who share Belcher's presuppositions concerning the divine authorship of the text. It is useful for pastors wanting to preach from the Psalms, and it would also provide a good textbook for a college or seminary course on the Psalms, Christology, or biblical theology.

Some have a direct relationship, but with others the link is not so evident. He carefully explains the biblical basis for his view and then how it works with different types of psalms.
