This book is well organized, covering topics beginning with clear communication and moving on to time management, decision making, delegation of tasks and just about every other situation which a manager can expect to face. This 864 page book is divided into twelve sections. Each section has three or four sub-sections. Colorful charts and pictures of real people are included. A thorough index is provided.
