Matthias Slaughter and Grace Anderson were meant to mate. To love. Until Grace catches Matthias in the act of assassinating a suspected council scientist. She knew he was dangerous, knew he wasn’t the sort of man she should love. She expected him to kill her as well. She didn’t expect the man he revealed himself to be, or the love she can no longer deny. But there are other forces determined to take Grace from Matthias. I've only read the Breeds novella within this book as of yet. However, I loved it. It was short, but it was good. The characters were developed nicely for the amount of time the reader had to get to know them. The emotions were very tangible, especially at the end. I wish we'd gotten to see a bit more of Matthias and Grace's family interacting, but being a shorter book within an anthology it's to be expected that some things have to be left out. (

It says its a breebs book but isn't. Hypersensitive is what she's calling them. Didn't enjoy it. Read like that Carrie Vaughn book, so felt like a rip off. (

Ms. Leigh still know how to wrap up a story with barelly twenty pages left and fill us with emotions raging from sadness, happinness and hotness! (
