Love how the alphabet is used to show the marine life animals. Anyone will enjoy reading this book. ( )

A good alphabet book that goes great with a marine biology unit. Illustations are sort of Eric Carle-esque. Thank goodness, they weren't stretching to find something for every letter. It was cohesive. Very easy and fun. A relaxing breath of fresh air between more information-heavy books

K-2. Each letter of the alphabet is represented in alphabetic order with a sea creature or feature that begins with that letter. (Anemones - A, Barnacles - B, Crabs - C) In the back of the book there is a glossary defining all the things in the book. In the classroom: children can come up with other sea creatures (or just animals in general) that begin with certain letters of the alphabet.

Learn the letters of the alphabet while learning about animals in the ocean! A great way for students to connect to the alphabet and practice their letters while learning about sea life. The illustrations were also beautifully done.
