Fluffy and Baron

Fluffy and Baron are two pets that live on a farm, they become friends and do everything together. One day 3 wild ducks fly into the pond on the farm, Fluffy is curious of the other ducks, so she leaves Baron and joins them. Fluffy eventually comes back and lays 9 eggs. This book was an unexpected delight. The story is based on the author's childhood pets, which I think heightens the enjoyment all the more. The strange bond between dog and duck is the heart of this story. I really liked it. ( )
