Regional dishes with good photography by Robert Jacobs. Restaurant specialties with easy to follow procedures. Recipes in this book are the creation of the Deen brothers, inspired by the dishes served in the featured restaurants. Recipes were not contributed by the establishments. How do I get a gig doing a book like this one? This is a great pre-trip read. ( )
