The first book in the lemonade war series introduces whats going on in the war. The war on who will make the most amount of money making lemonade during the summer. This is a great book for sibling rivalry for 5th-8th graders. Its a fun book that introduces the idea of making money to kids. ( )

This book describes the complex relationship between brothers and sisters. It also addresses how one miscommunication can lead to an all out sibling rivalry. One sibling is planning on moving up a grade which will place them in the same grade as the other sibling and this upsets them. The conversation that follows puts the rest of the plot into motion. This would be a great book to include in the classroom, considering most students usually have siblings or a close friend that they consider as a sibling. ( )
