Here is an exhortation to break off their sins, and rouse themselves, and lead a more holy and righteous life, v. 34. Awake to righteousness, or awake righteously, ir-4-T- /ni-t, and sm not, or sin no more. "Rouse yourselves, break off your sin by repentance: renounce and forsake every evil way, correct whatever is amiss, and do not, by sloth and stupidity, be led away into such conversation and principles as will sap your Christian hopes, and corrupt your practice. The disbelief of a future state destroys ail virtue and piety. But the improvement to be made of the truth, is, to cease from sin, and set ourselves to the business of religion, and that in good earnest..
