Meh. This one required lots of pretending I didn't see the things that were contradictions or were just too silly to be believable. I don't really think starting at book 6 was the problem, because it was really simple to pick up on everybody's relationships to everyone else. It seemed like too many where they are now updates were getting in the way, and the book's individual plot was taking second or third place to everything else. (Wouldn't be the first series that fell into that trap in later books!)

For a random pick at the used store, it could have been worse, but once was enough, so it'll get re-passed around for someone else to take a chance on now. (

This book worked well to bring them all together and fight some nasties and ended with a feel good moment. (

Fighting, lust, and a demon horde requires the sisters full attention. 2 demons and a necromancer show their interest in the youngest sister. A few open ends that I would have liked to have seen wrapped up, but maybe it will be in the remaining books. (

Continues the storyline of the three half fae sisters from Otherworld. This book is Menolly's continuation of her storyline. She was turned into a vampire 12 years ago, so don't be standing by her bed when she just wakes up or you might not live to regret it.

There's a pretty graphic lesbian sex scene near the beginnng that might cause discomfort for some. Menolly those I guess would be considered bi-sexual because she later has sex with the incubus Roz.

The sisters find out that there's a frat house run by FBH (full blood humans) where girls have gone missing near. Then they figure out that these boys not only have been raping, torturing and filming the girls they capture but have been sacrificing them and opened up a demon gate.

Set in the Seattle area, so if you're a local you can see if there are any local areas described in the book. (
