And while most of us believe we need more willpower or a better character, to-do lists or time management systems to finish what we've started, chances are we've already tried them...and they don't work. Now, Steve Levinson and Pete C. Highly effective, this unique approach will help you succeed where other techniques have failed. With this great guide you can learn how to: listen to the positive rather than the negative voices in your head; increase your willpower by taking one easy action today; create compelling reasons for completing what you've started; and more. A little corny and outdated BUT excellent tips and strategies for following through. This was my word for 2016 and I'm only now doing it so obviously I needed the help. Great examples of real life failures to follow through, and great solutions! ( )
