PREFACIO

de esa huidiza frontera que separa la ciencia de
la fantasía. Heinrich Schliemann paseaba, con la
Ilíada de Homero en la mano, cuando encontró
la legendaria Troya.
El profesor Hermann Oberth me confesó que la
lectura de De la Tierra a la Luna, de Julio Verne,
le indujo a convertir una novela en fórmulas de
cohetes. La ficción de hoy será la realidad de
mañana.
Esta obra se propone atraer la atención de los
medios científicos y del gran público sobre uno
de los grandes misterios de este mundo.
