Although I don't often read board books, I found the cover of Monsters Come Out Tonight! so cute and appealing that I had to pick it up. Illustrator Edward Miller's artwork is both spooky and sweet, and captures the fun of Halloween night, while author Frederick Glasser's rhyming text makes for an excellent read-aloud. The flap add interactive interest for younger children! Recommended to anyone in the market for new Halloween board books. ( )
