Oplysninger fra den engelske Almen Viden Redigér teksten, så den bliver dansk. [Preface] The Bible pulsates with life, and the Spirit conveys the electrifying power of Scripture to those who lay hold of it by faith, ingest it, and live by it. [John] Mark's Gospel begins with John the Baptist. . . The first phrase of John's Gospel reaches farther back--all the way back--to the beginning, evoking the opening words of Genesis and its account of the world's creation with the phrase "In the beginning" (1:1). [Acts] The Acts of the Apostles tells the story of the beginning of a new age: the age of the Spirit. | |
