Un millón de puntos no es el típico libro para contar de uno en uno. Aquí las cosas cambian dramáticamente y todo gracias al poder de la suma, que en unas pocas páginas puede alcanzar cantidades colosales. En cada imagen se duplica el número de elementos de la página anterior: un árbol, dos árboles, cuatro manzanas, ocho manzanas, dieciséis puntos… Y pronto ¡un millón!

Esta introducción minimalista y atractiva al concepto de la suma (y la multiplicación) y a la magia de los grandes números también es un vistazo a conceptos de geometría, densidad y otras nociones matemáticas apasionantes que nos ayudan a entender y apreciar el mundo de formas nuevas.
