Ingen Der er ingen diskussionstråde på Snak om denne bog. This is a great cookbook but I love how it has Nigella's thoughts throughout the book. The pictures are wonderful too. Still one of my core go-to books for baking, and reliable in helping you turn out a good result. I bought this book years ago on the strength of one recipe : a fruit cake containing dried pears and marzipan. Since then it has become battered and splattered with use. I've made lots of things from it, although these days I don't really need to look at the book itself that much anymore, as I know by heart the recipes I use the most. A great addition to the bookshelf of anyone who loves baking. This is a book full of wonderful recipes but time and time again I only use one or two of them regularly... It's nicely written and stands pride of place in my kitchen. I think it's time for me to revisit and try some more of Nigella's sumptuous recipes! It is rather thick so may put some people off but I think its worth taking the time to read through, unlike some other celebrity 'chefs' books... Lovely book, although a vegan version would be better of course, but it's pretty easy to ditch the eggs and dairy and replace them with veggie alternatives. :) Plus, how wonderful is the title? :) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
