But it was so out there I couldn't even force myself to pick it up most days. Pseudoscience doesn't do it justice with what this book was about. ( ) This volume consists of a dialog between the theologian, Matthew Fox and the biologist, Rupert Sheldrake. It is an attempt to relate the spiritualities of Dionysius the Areopagite, Thomas Aquinas, and Hildegard of Bingen as they relate to the phenomenon of angelica beings to contemporary physics. While I found the review of these Christian saints informative, I did not find Fox's and Sheldrake's attempt to relate their experience to 21 Century cosmology all that helpful. This review was written for LibraryThing Early Reviewers. I am currently on deployment and will review this book upon my return.
