This book is one of the most interesting books i'v ever read. It has lots of tension that makes suspense. There is Poppy, Dash, Azumi, and Dylan. They are all friends who are trying to escape the Shadow House. They call it the house of images. It has this name because there is a monster in the house. The monster makes stuff that is not really there. But it really makes me think about how people come up with stuff like this.
The reason i gave this book a 3 1/2 star was because of the word choice throughout the book. I feel like the author exaggerated the characters to much that at times it seemed completely unorganized. This is pretty harsh because it was a very good and suspenseful book. What would make this book better is if they gave more background information about the characters. Like for the first three chapters it has a crazy beginning then just goes right into the whole story. This would give readers a better perspective of how and whats going on. Overall it was a great read and i will surely read the other two books. ( )

The first two books were definitely better and as I stated in my review for book 2, the author definitely could have wrapped this story up there. There wasn't much action in this one and it pretty much dragged on to a predictable ending but I gave it 3* because I liked the series as a whole. ( )
