Summary:
Ford designed a gas powered vehicle that won many races. Initially Ford's insistence of building only race cars turned investors away, in time he became very successful. Ford became known as a humanitarian. As he aged his beliefs and rigid thinking almost destroyed the company but his son Edsel's forward thinking saved the company.

This story is very informative. It shows how difficult it was/is to invent and change others minds.
