Filled with laughs and crys and 'real' characters with 'real' issues in their lives. You really do take the trek with west with them. You see their growth and change and witness heartbreak first hand. Take time to read WALK BY FAITH. Rosanne Bittner has such a wonderful way of writing. They are going north to Montana for free land; Clarissa Graham and her daughter, who is starting over after her husband left her, Michael and Carolyn, to start a church, and the wagon master, Dawson, who has alot of bitterness to get rid of and finds peace through the help of these people. The journey west for Clarissa was the only hope she had for her daughter and her to give an unblemished beginning after her husband left her. After meeting the trail leader, she holds her heart tightly lest she trust anyone again.
It's a quick, predictable read with unexpected bumps along the way.
