Bad Boys by Margie Palatini
children's audio b book about a few wolves who try to hang out with the sheep.
They have avoided the cops so far. The perfect hideout. They try to become Little Bo Beep who's gone lost. The sheep allow them to roam with them.
They don't sound the same bleeps as the other sheep. They also have bigger eyes...it's sheep shearing days!
I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device). ( )

I really liked this book for many reasons. The story was about two wolves that wanted to eat some sheep, so they dress up as the sheep and try to join their pack. The sheep find out that they are actually wolves and they shave them and the wolves run away. The story began kind of in the middle. It didn't start with the classic "There were two wolves that lived...". It actually took some thinking and context clues to figure things out. The vocabulary was the correct level for 3rd and 4th graders. The story also had a great lesson for the young readers. It taught children that they shouldn't lie because they will get caught. They should always tell the truth. I would definitely recommend reading this book with children. ( )
