I loved this book, so dark and scary, but so amazing and real. I loved the plot and the characters, the story was so fucked up but really enjoyable, and god damn it that end, I need to read the second book really soon.

Jade is a pretty strong young woman, that was kidnapped when she was 14, she escaped at 18 and the story in the book is a few years later. I love how determined she is, how she never gives up, and how she survives. TBH she annoyed me a little bit in the beginning, but in the end, holy hell.

Dillon - really amazing hero, but there was something that makes me feel that he is almost invisible like his character wasn't fully developed and a little bit rushed, but I enjoyed his humor and his story

And Benny-The-Monster. God damn it, I have never met so well-written villain, I hated him so much, but part of me felt sorry for him, so evil and discussing, but still with gentle heart, and I absolutely would kill him, but damn it his evilness was so perfect sometimes it made ME tremble from fear.

Also, I was a bit confused at the end Cause I thought jade was going to psychology, not Macy, and I thought like what if jade was crazy all this time, what if she killed her parents, what if she was still under his control. Thank god I was wrong.

So overall:
Heroine - 5.5/6
Hero - 4.5/6
Antihero - 6/6
Plot Twist - 6/6
Ending - 6/6
Storyline - 6/6

Strongly recommend this book, but only people with strong psychic should read it. ( )

5 Stars

I couldn't take my eyes away. Like a person mesmerized by a horrible accident, or horror show.

Super fast paced. Crazy twist and turns.

Freaky and Creepy.

Surprising, adult, romantic, steamy sex scenes.

I just wanted to quickly add, This Is Definitely an Adult Dark Thriller.
The adult romance aspect was a balm to my insatiable warped romantic heart. I didn't really expect it and it was a delightful surprise.
That said, don't get comfy thinking there is an HEA.
This has a MASSIVE cliffhanger and your brain will never be the same after reading this!

ARC provided in exchange for an honest review.
Benny loves his pretty little dolls.
As long as they do exactly as they're told.
He keeps them perfect by brushing their hair
and gives them pretty dresses to wear.
He likes to toy with them late at night.
One so timid but the other likes to fight.
When his favorite doll runs away...
despite the other doll promising to stay,
his heart becomes broken and he can't help but cry.
He wants her back home or his pretty little doll must die.

Have you ever had to make a decision that haunts you every single day for the rest of your life…the life you stole back?
I have.
I ran for my survival, rocks and twigs cutting into the soles of my feet, my lungs burning and screaming for rest, every muscle tensed and fighting along with me for existence.
I left her.
I ran, ran, ran—from Benny and his lone, pretty little doll—until I couldn’t remember where to find them again.
I’m sorry.

I know what you're thinking. "Ker Dukey and K. Webster are working together to write a dark book? I will never be the same person again." You would be right. Dark, gritty, dirty, and sexy are just a handful of the words I'd use to describe Pretty Stolen Dolls. Incredible, unforgettable, and twisted are a few other words I added after completion. Known for their incredibly dark and unique novels, Ker Dukey and K. Webster combined forces to write PSD, a total wildcard in the dark genre right now. Intentionally left vague, PSD follows Jade Phillips as her past catches up to her present. Kidnapped as a teen, she escaped the clutches of Benny and spends every moment since thinking of how to find him again and punish him the way she's punished herself since she ran and left behind another doll. Jade is an incredible narrator, if only a bit unreliable. With glimpses into her past, the reader sees her become a strong, determined woman with haunting memories. Benny, or Benjamin, is the darkness. Years later and he still spins Jade's mind with his twisted words and terrifying actions. Every move she makes, every thought she has, circles back on her, never allowing her to move past her time imprisoned as a doll.

“He's on the hunt again.
If he’s on the hunt,
then he’s growing bored with his little dolly.
Or worse,
maybe he’s replacing a doll who’s too broken to repair.
I have to find her.
And soon.”

It's a story about obsession, the kind of obsession that rules your life. As the obsession deepens, so too does the darkness in Pretty Stolen Dolls. There are new twists at every page turn, a slowly thickening plot line, and a romance that makes the darkness even more inviting. It's the kind of book you can't look away from, you can't put down, and if you're me, you don't care that you're reading it on a plane full of people. It made me angry, it grossed me out, disgusted me, and yet it still made me smile. I like the darkness, it's nice there. It's a nightmare come to life and Ker Dukey and K. Webster did a magnificent job putting that nightmare into words. If you're looking for a new dark read, look no further than this new release from the Queens of Darkness themselves. I can promise you this, the cliffhanger is worth it.

My beautiful, broken girl....All of your pieces are mine to hold. Each shard is mine to willingly slice myself on. You're worth the pain. In fact, I want to embrace that pain if it means, even for one second, I can take some of that pain from you.

O M G.... I thought this book was a deep dark mess of sick and twisted until I hit the 90% mark and dark and twisted are too mild of words for how this book ended. Holy crap on a cracker.

This some sick stuff right here. But oh so good. You need to experience this book so that's all I'm gonna say other than I need Part 2 NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( )
