Simliar to What Santa Can't Do, this book discusses the things grandmas can't do. Grandmas can't stand dirty ears and not getting a kiss before bedtime from their grandchildren. The thing grandmas really can't do is be anyone else's grandma. ( )

Grandma cant do a lot of things that regular people can do. Like bake, make picture albums, cant reach up and down too easily. But they can clean the house allm by themselves, do laundry, and dishes. They can ever have too many hugs!

Summary: This book discusses different things that grandmas can't do, for example, they can't bake without the help of the grandkids, and they can't ever get enough hugs! This book is written as if the main characters are humans but the illustrator has portrayed them as dinosaurs.
Critiques:
Genre: This is a good example of a fantasy book because dinosaurs are acting as if though they are humans, they even have a pet cat! The author writes in such a way that it is very easy to forget that this book is even about dinosaurs.
Plot: The plot of this story is very interesting, there really is not a traditional one. For example, on each page the author just lists one more thing that grandmas can't do. The pages could be placed in any order and the entire book would still make sense.

This is a humerous book with fun illustrations. It would be a good way to introduce the contraction "can't."
