Der er ingen diskussionstråde på Snak om denne bog. this book is a picture book that uses humor to help children relate to the fears being depicted by the illustrations, and view them in a more humorous manner. I think this a good book to use with children to help them accept their fears, because it is ok to be scared, and also to help them to cope with fear by viewing their fears from a funny perspective. ( ) I think this story is very deep, in the sense in which the reader is measuring and relating the fears that the author is expressing in the text. I think the message behind this book is acceptance. It shows me that it is ok to be afraid of certain things and that it is ok to embrace one's fears. I think it is a good story to introduce in a class set. This book is super clever! The illustrations are wild. I love how the scary things turn into something that kids can both confront and laugh at. The story states,"Knowing you're going to grow up to be a grown-up is scary." This lets kids know that they will indeed grow up and survive their childhood fears. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
