The comedy starts when the cross-dressing begins! The Kobayashi twins, Mego and Mitsuru, were named after historical figures, but only Mego has grown up with a taste for history. So when Mitsuru is in danger of losing his weekends to extra history classes, he convinces his sister to swap clothes with him and ace his tests! After all, how hard can it be for them to play each other? But Mego can't rely on just her book smarts in Mitsuru's all-boys, delinquents' paradise of a high school. And Mitsuru finds life as a high school girl to be much more complicated than he expected!… (mere)

This surprised me with how good it was. I loved the inclusion of a deaf character. ( )

This is a very generic high school cross-dressing romantic comedy. Male/female twins switch places for a week at their different schools. Each immediately gets a crush on someone who thinks they are the same sex. Things get wacky! For older folks in the audience, think "Three's Company." ( )

Twins (identical girl and boy) cross-dress as each other and switch places at school. Magically, they meet someone with whom they fall in love. The girl falls for the eyepatch clad bad boy while the boy falls for the deaf damsel in distress.

The love strings (not exactly triangles yet) extend and connect characters to characters. Partially adorable, partially awkward. 100% delightful.

This series has 15 volumes. ( )

I'm still not really sure what to make of this. It's a slapstick romance, with this volume mostly setting up the premise: siblings who end up cross-dressing on very slender pretexts, and tumble into romantic entanglements. Hilarity will no doubt ensue. It was fun enough that I'll read another one and see how the main plots progress. ( )
