Now in its third edition, It's My Life Now is a guide for survivors who have left an abusive relationship. Routledge is a reputable publisher(mainly in social sciences), this is an added value that sterngthens my collection for me to use a book published by them. This book resembles a guide and oolkit to remind the women who are under domestic violence and asking for help that they own their lives. It will remind them that their lives are owned by themselves and themselves only and not by the abuser. It will help them step on and move on towards a new life.
