Kidnapped, Jen's world tumbles. I was quickly pulled into the suspense, doubt, trust, and lies the main character, Jen, experienced. Great emotion and mind set written expertly for Jen by author Julie B. Cosgrove. Well written novel an with incredible story facing real life issues. I highly recommend this book! Can't wait to read the sequel, Legitimate Lies! “Hush in the Storm” is an exciting book, packed with adventure, suspense, and a dollop of romance. I loved the spunk displayed by the heroine. While the storms of life rage, Jen struggles to right the ship. I loved how she grew more determined as adversity pursued her. All the way through this well-written book, I kept mentally putting myself in Jen’s place—asking, what would I do? Running just beneath surface is a subplot with an important social message. This is a story that kept me guessing to the very end, and one I keep thinking about. In summary, a great read! Ms Cosgrove's writing style weaves into a descriptive story demanding not to be put down. The story arc and the character development are well-toned. This is a wonderfully written romantic suspense that keeps you guessing to the end.
