"No" is sometimes the hardest word to say. It's also the most necessary.
How many times have you heard yourself saying yes to the wrong thingsâ??overwhelming requests, bad relationships, time-consuming obligations? How often have you wished you could summon the power to turn them down?

There were parts of this book that were spot on, and other parts of the book...I'm not so sure, but I gave it five stars because I actually paused the audiobook several times to go write something down. Also, it was unexpectedly funny, and I laughed out loud several times. I especially loved the chapter on reinvention. ( )
