Liam might be only six months old, but his accelerated growth has his body more like a five or six year old and now he's off to start first grade.

Parenting, first day of school challenges, problem teacher, bullies and trying to control himself, makes for an interesting day for Liam and his parents.

I enjoyed this slice of life and getting to know Liam, I loved seeing things from his point of view and how he puzzles through events. I can't wait for him to grow up to see what adventures he finds as an adult and if his new 'girlfriend' will be part of his future.

~ 5 Peanut Stars ~

I’m in love! I didn’t think I could fall anymore into loving this family and world, but I did. Ms. Harrison has left me wanting more, Peanut Goes to School was captivating.

I have been gobbling up all the novellas showcasing snippets into this amazing fun world of the Elder Race, with such fabulous entertaining characters. I was pulled into Liam aka Peanut’s adventure into school life.

We get Peanut, our favorite little dragon, who just outshines everyone in this novella. I was blown away with the insight into Liam’s life and how he is adjusting to the accelerated growth as well as the world around him. He faces some grown up situations and how he handles them was astonishing. The father/son talk was heartwarming. Just seeing Dragos, this terrifying Wyr, be so gentle, kind, and patient warmed my heart. I wonder what will happen with this family next. I can’t wait to see. Thank you Ms. Harrison for giving us glimpses into the lives of these fabulous amazing fun characters.

Fan’s of the Elder Race series will not want to miss this one. Peanut Goes to School is a charming and heartwarming read into the lives of Dragos, Pia, and Liam aka Peanut.

I think Peanut is one of my favorite characters ever. He sees things so innocently yet he's very analytical and I really enjoy his POV. I know this is the last of the family trilogy but I really do hope he gets a book as an adult. Which he should be in not time with the way he is growing. I will always be happy to read about his life experiences. 4 Stars ( )

I am so emotionally invested in Liam, I was more scared for him in this book than I was for Dragos in Pia Saves the Day. This was a sweet book, thank you Ms. Thea for giving us more of Dragos, Pia and Liam. ( )
