Informative ( ) Living with rheumatoid arthritis BY Shlotzhauer_ Tammi L Lots of information about how you get it, how to help treat it and which version of the disease you have. Didn't realize so much depends on the environment and DNA. Didn't realize also that teeth problems are related to this disease. So many resources, what a treasure. I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device). When I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, this was the first book I turned to. It covers everything I wanted and needed to know: symptoms, prognosis, complications, testing, treatments, medications, coping strategies, exercises, emotional issues and more. The writing is neither too simple nor too overly technical and inaccessible. The book includes a good bibliography, glossary and many resources for more help and information. If you have RA, this is an essential resource. I bought several copies to share with my family, to help them understand the issues. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
