There are reasons why earlier grill books did certain things in the kitchen. Insisting that everything has to be cooked on the grill just ends up taking longer and more complicated. Of course, complicated isn't a problem for this book. Many recipes seem to try to prove how complicated grilling can get. Probably to justify the sale of an expensive big gas grill.
BTW, I was very disappointed in the 'Remix' recipes. Making a totally new recipe with one or two of the ingredients can hardly be said to be a reworking of the old recipe. ( )
