The story is very cute for kids, and illustrates that most of the worries that trouble people never come to pass. ( ![]() This book is about a little girl named Wemberly who worried about everything. She was then faced with going to school, where she met a friend. This friend helped distract her from all of the worrying and Wemberly ended up having a great first day of school. This book is perfect for kindergarten and first grade students. I loved this book and would teach it in an English classroom since there are many repetitions throughout the book, it also teaches the value of friendship. This book is perfect for young children who are nervous about school starting. Wemberly is the mouse on the cover she has a bunny she carries around and doesn't want to leave it at home but also wants to be able to go without it. finally, she meets someone in her class with a stuffed animal and they have that in common and are friends. 00011020 I really enjoyed this book. Wemberly Worried is a great book for those students who may feel nervous and get anxious often. The story follows a young girl throughout her life and all the things that she worries about. For instance, she worries that the big tree in her front lawn is one day going to fall on her house or that she is going to shrink in the bath. The illustrations in this book are clear and easy to understand, they do a good job complimenting the story and helps the reader further their understanding of what is going on to Wemberly. It is written in the third person and the words are all around the pages which makes the reader's eye look at the whole page and all the illustrations. There are also speech bubbles coming from the characters which add another layer of perspective and detail. This would be a good book to have in the classroom because it can help those students who worry just like Wemberly to have a book they can relate to. This book can push readers to face their worries. The main message this book is trying to convey is that worrying is normal but there are some things that we do not need to worry about and to learn how to let those things go. ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
