Firstly: The world she created is very rich and authentic. There's a lot of references to the time period, some of it done with a wink and a nod, and over all it flows very well. The scenes have changed a bit, but in the end, it's still the same, core story. Now, I will say I don't tend to like very long erotica, which Temptation is -- and that means it is absolutely perfect for people who love longer stories. The primary focus is on the relationships of the three main characters (Mr. Nolan, Erica and Leah), and there is sex in almost every chapter. There's a lot of innocent, lesbian experimentation and masturbation at first, and it only progresses from there. There's a lot of variety, and I think there's something to hit everyone's button. Over all it was a very well written novel and I think it's a classic for a reason. I'm really looking forward to continuing the series with Confession, and think that if you like Selena Kitt's writing, this is pretty much the book you want.
