I subscribe to Dr. Amen’s email and like to stay abreast of health and fitness and latest trends, etc. I am a vegan, and eat no dairy, wheat, meats, caffeine, nor processed foods, take no medications, and eat very healthy and drink lots of water, due to my serious allergies and like to exercise. I am also highly allergic to toxins and chemicals as well as perfumes, scents, etc. About a year ago had issues with insomnia and fast heart rate around the clock and eliminated all additives in foods and problems went away. So all about health and fitness. His book is great for reference and enjoyed the meditation and the spiritual health parts, as well as the hormone balance and herbs. We all need to spend more quiet time meditating and resting our brains. ( ) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
