Other reviewers have hit on the fact that this book isn't sure what it is - Ben's story or runner manual. I will add that Ben keeps telling the reader not to jump into it too fast because of risk of injury - but yet runs his first 5k mere weeks after beginning running at 300 plus pounds. Same with the 10 k, half, marathon, tri, ironman...it's a theme. Do as I say, not as I did. ( ) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
