This is a great book that is a little too old and obsolete to review on my blog, but I still wanted to put a word in for it. I've been fascinated by sign language for almost as long as I've spoken English (i.e. my whole life), so I was really excited to read this book written by the daughter of deaf parents about a deaf boy going to a boarding school for deaf kids. It addresses the challenges and prejudices against the deaf community, as well as the prejudices members of the deaf community have about hearing people, and is all-around a great story. If you get a chance to read it, definitely do so! ( ) ingen anmeldelser | tilføj en anmeldelse
