The story of Dietrich Bonhoeffer is a short biography of a man who stood up to Hitler and his minions and was imprisoned and eventually executed for his resistance. He was kept in solitary confinement for almost two years before his execution by hanging just before the war ended. But he never lost faith and spen his time in prayer and Bible study.
A short book quickly read, but powerful in the telling of a good man's struggle against evil. I give the book 3 and 1/2 stars ( )
