With a very important up-coming annual school festivity approaching, Billy hears some great advice from his best pal Hoover, a mentoring ghost. Will he take it or figure something out all by himself? I love this exciting chapter book and refreshing writing style by the Fonz. The author does a super job sharing with readers through all the confusing emotions and issues that kids experience.
