Review:

"Risking It All" by Jennifer Schmidt was a well written romantic novel that I
found a good and interesting read. This author gave us a wonderful look at
two individuals who had been best friends for over twelve years. These two
characters..Kennedy and Memphis were best friends till the end...well would there were problems. Would this be the end of their friendship? In this read you will find...full blown friendships, emotions, love,happiness, anger, fear, lust and even a love triangle involving Kennedy, Brook and Memphis. "Risking It All" did present a lots of emotions... back and forth with Kennedy that almost drove me crazy but in the end...now, this is where I say you must pick up this good novel to see how this author will get us through all of this with Kennedy, Brook and Memphis. The characters were all strong and well developed from Kennedy, Memphis, Brook, Ryder, Vanessa, Joe,Tanner, Alec and Bradley...giving the reader a well written script. There will be a lots going on so get ready....for a great story.

If you are looking for a good romance that will keep you guessing right up till the end..."Risking It All" is the novel for you and YES, I would recommend this novel as a good read. ( )

At first, I was really thrilled as I loved the passion and fire provided by Memphis Adams... Then I was caught by other readings. When I had to finally write my review, the excitement was settled...

Attention, I had a great time and I really enjoyed reading this hot sexy romance. But after a few days, the hotness side of Memphis Adams has fallen and then some aspect that have troubled me when I was turning the pages have taken more space in my review.

For example, I would have loved to have more friendship time/scene between Kennedy and Memphis. As the author tells us that they are friends and that friendship has become solid but there are not really any proof. There has always been some ambiguous scenes. One of the characters (sometimes both of them) have always felt or thought of their attraction for each other. Since all the scenes where they are together are full of sexual electricity and innuendo.

Then there is the relationship between Ian and Kennedy. Incomprehensible! I am having difficulty identifying myself to women who are in a relationship for safety or for fear of being alone. Why get stuck and unhappy just because you do not know what the future holds? It is precisely the interest of life: to be surprised!
The fact that Kennedy could still return to her doctor after her stay in Alaska made ​​me bristle hair. If I could have throw my book out of frustration after her reactions, I would have done it!

That is why this book received only 3 stars. However, the writing is fluid, enjoyable and the author knows how to give goosebumps to its readers. An exciting novel with a male character, far from being a prince charming but honest enough to admit it.

Funny, touching, frustrating, exciting, sensual this book will not leave you indifferent ...
