I got this book while studying for my Climbing Wall Award, and I found it extremely helpful, relevant and well laid out.

It covers all levels of climbing from beginner to advanced, and also contains information relevant to instructors. It gives an excellent introduction to indoor climbing - it talks through grades, equipment, knots, techniques... anything you could possibly need to know. It also contains sections on running groups, abseiling and leading.

I'd highly recommend this book to anyone who is involved in indoor climbing, or who is looking to get into the sport. It's well laid-out, not too wordy and contains a wealth of information and helpful hints, as well as high-quality diagrams and reference photographs. ( )
