It’s approach to history, particularly the 3000 years of Asia Minor civilizations, is as a list of kings and wars, instead of as cultural trends. Since the days of Troy historic lands of Asia Minor have been home to Greeks. They are steeped in a rich fusion of Greek and Turkish culture and the histories of both are irrevocably entwined, fatefully connected.
