I think Scottie's is closed permanently. In fact, I wasn't able to get in when I was up there in September 2014 for the Ellsworth meetup and it looked like it had a going-out-of-business sale going on during limited hours.
I don't want to say it absolutely is closed, but before you make a trip you ought to drop them an email and be sure.

It absolutely is closed. Has been for at least 2 years. The place is now Patriot Homes.
