Founded in 1987 at the height of the epidemic, the AIDS Library of Philadelphia is the first and only public lending library in the world dedicated to HIV/AIDS information. Re-launched as the Critical Path Learning Center in 2018, the center offers health information, digital literacy classes, employment readiness trainings, and GED and Adult Basic Education services.
