I'm nearly finished with Volume 13 of Ouran High School Host Club, and as the next part isn't out for a while I wondered if anyone could recommend something along similar lines. I do enjoy a good comedy romance, and Host Club is the best I've ever read.

Love*Com and Hana Kimi are the first things that came to my mind as having similar types of comedic storylines. Both series are complete and available in the United States. W Juliet may also be a possibility, but it is less of a comedy and more of a slice of life type story (with the occasional foray into the mildly supernatural).
StrawberryPeep's recommendation of Fruits Basket is also a good one, though the comedy in this series isn't the focus after the first few volumes.
