Just finished reading "Stealing Fatima´s Hand" by Carolyn Theriault. As the author says, it´s an un-travel guide (nothing is sugar-coated) but is nonetheless an excellent pre-read for anyone planning on visiting Morocco (and presumably North Africa), and for the armchair traveller as well. A very very funny read: a cheeky and honest portrayal of a woman´s life overseas in a Muslim country.
