Does anyone know if the true first editions of the four books of the Edward Mainwaring series are the U.S. or the U.K. editions? Suthren is a Canadian writer, so the "follow the flag" principle doesn't work here. The earlier series featuring Paul Gallant was first published in Canada, but I only see the U.S. and U.K. editions of the Mainwaring books. What's a collector to do?
