I'm well into Neighbors by Thomas Berger. When I finish I'm going to hunt down a place I can rent the movie version.

Good idea, but unfortunately I am reading a book about body snatching at the moment. Not a lot of funny. But I hope to get to one this month.

Just finished Gods Behaving Badly by Marie Phillips - it's a story about the Olympian gods living in modern day London with waning powers. If you ever saw the Sam Raimi-produced Hercules and Xena television series, you'll like this book.

I am reading non-fiction Lost on Planet China by J. Maarten Troost. It is funny and interesting.

"Buddy Does Seattle" by Peter Bagge-- compiles a good portion of Bagge's "Hate" comics, following the 90s adventures of aimless misanthrope Buddy Bradley. Great stuff, very expressionistic cartoonish drawing style, outlandish situations.

Spy: The Funny Years...Even though it's a huge coffeetable book, the repros of magazine pages are teeny-tiny. I'm at the halfway point and my eyes are very sore!
Although, the work is totally worth it. I wish I'd been old enough to pick up the mag when it was coming out.
