Anyone know anything about Anthony Cronin, other than the fact that he's a mover and shaker on the Irish literary scene? I just stumbled across a few of his poems, and was blown away.

Perhaps less a mover and shaker now than the Grand Old Man (he turned 80 this year). He has written in all areas but he's best known for his poetry (numerous volumes since 1958 - there are a couple of collected poems versions about) and his biographies (Yeats, Beckett, etc).
